Separate the body of the door from the stone and retainer. (The stone may stay
with the door)

Use a 3/16” hex key to tighten the door latch bolt while holding the lock nut with
a 7/16” wrench. (Note: some doors may have a slotted bolt to secure the door
latch. Use a flat blade screwdriver to tighten the bolt.) The latch should move
freely but firmly.
6.
Lay the body of the door over the stone and retainer. Align the holes in the body
with the holes in the retainer and secure the parts with the four allen head bolts.
Do not over tighten the bolts.
7.
Return the assembled door to the stove. Align the bottom hinge pin with the hole
in the bottom of the door frame first, then insert the top hinge pin. Be sure the
washer is in place on the lower door frame hinge. Insert the top hinge pin.
