The slatted frame:
as shown in 15 wooden peg
should be placed between each slats. The wooden pegs
are attached to one side of every slat except for the 16th
slat. Slats are placed on the notch of beams W2 and W9, W3
and W10 and fixed with screws.
The slatted frame should only be
used with a mattress on top for safety since there are space between the
slats.
Other option: If you would like a bunk bed without a mattress, an extra slat
can be added (“Play ground set”, Order No. 650). The wooden pegs should
be taken out and collected for later use. ( ).
Safety rails: assemble
Z23-Z26 with 35mm screws between
guard rails (W5, W22, W11, W16). The front railds (Z23) and
back safety rails (Z26 and Z26) are attached from inside and
side safety rails Z24 and Z25 from outside.
Sail:
witha 50 cm long rope attach it to the climbing rope
beam W18 and side beams W17 or W23.

Wall attachment
: Children play with the climbing rope and other
accessories with more power than adults could imagine, therefore for
sercurity reasons it is better to attach the bed to a wall.
It is
recommended to use the upper holes on the S7 beam for an
attachment
(also it is also possible to use W23 for wall attachment)
with
the supplied anchor and 80mm or 100mm long Hexagonhead bolt.
If
the bed does not have direct contact with the wall because of a
baseboard, it is necessary to place a piece of wood between the bed and
the wall. After approx. three weeks tighten the bolts again to make sure
that the head of the bolt does not get buried in the wood.
Important TIP
: According to Euorpean Standard EN 747 children under
the age of six are in danger of falling off the normal bunk bed. Therefore
WOODLAND bunk beds have guard rails that are more than double the
European Standard. If you have any technical
questions about
assembly
