Important Safety Instructions:
Use the following safety guidelines to help protect your lift from potential damage and to
ensure your own personal safety.

Read and follow all safety and installation instructions before testing or installing
your lift.
x
Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 200 pounds.
x
Keep remote control out of reach of children.
x
To avoid damaging your lift, plug the power supply into a grounded 110V outlet only.
x
To prevent bodily injury keep hands and clothing away from the lift while the lift is in
operation.
x
Before installing the lift or working with its connections, unplug the power supply
from the electrical outlet to prevent electrical shock.
x
Do not install the lift, power supply or R.F. module in places subject to extreme
temperatures.
x
Do not put any weight on the power supply, R.F module and power cord and keep
free from obstruction.
x
Unplug the lift in the following conditions:
ƒ When the power cord or plug is damaged or frayed.
ƒ If liquid has spilled into the lift, power supply or RF module.
ƒ If the lift, power supply or RF module has been exposed to rain or water.
ƒ If the lift exhibits a distinct change in performance, indicating a need for
servicing.
