OPERATIONAL SEQUENCE
SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
Based upon the temperature of
each of the zones as compared to
the Set Point, individual Burners
are ON or OFF�
Green front panel lights
illuminate�
Note: On a cold unit, at initial
start-up, zones will light in
sequence, left to right, except on
5-zone
Burners light�
Controller determines temperature
is below Set Point and signals
Burners to light�
Software version blinks on one of
the green front panel lights, and
momentarily illuminates the red
“Fault” light�
Burner(s) do not light�

After 3 attempts, Gas Valve closes
and red Fault light illuminates�
No additional attempts at relighting until
Main Power is turned OFF, then ON to reset�
Power Switch ON�
Power OFF�
All Gas Valves close�
All Burners and Controller OFF�
*
This is true of each zone individually�
If one zone “locks out”, the other zones
could continue to run normally�
Resetting the unit is required to unlock
the locked zone�
