Debarker Operation

The sawmill is equipped with a debarker that can be used when cutting the logs.

See Figure 4-10.

To turn the debarker on, push the debarker on/off button to highlight the

debarker icon on the control panel. The debarker will engage when cutting the log and
disengage when moving the saw head back to make another cut.

DANGER!

Keep all persons out of the path of moving

equipment and logs when operating sawmill or loading and
turning logs. Failure to do so will result in serious injury.

Push the debarker on/off button on the control panel again to turn the debarker off.
