Fresh Homemade Chunky

Peanut Butter

Makes 1 cup

INGREDIENTS

1 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon light corn syrup or honey
3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons water

METHOD

Fit QuadChop with chopping blades; place all ingredients into the

chopper bowl.

Cover with chopper bowl lid and place motor on top; chop on HIGH

for 10-15 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.

Instant Blackberry Ice Cream

Makes about 2 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces frozen blackberries
1 regular size package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding or 1/2 cup
powdered sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream

METHOD

Fit QuadChop with chopping blades; place blackberries into the

chopper bowl.

Pour the instant pudding mix over the blackberries then quickly add

the whipping cream.

Cover with chopper bowl lid and place motor on top; chop on HIGH

for 10-15 seconds.

Serve in bowls or ice cream cones.
