Butter Nut Milkshake
1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
4 big scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 teaspoon butter vanilla nut extract
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup chopped walnuts t more for topping
METHOD
1.
Place all ingredients in a tall drinking glass.
2.
Attach the Drink Mixer to the Twist & Mix and set in the Drink Mixer
Position.
3.
Mix on LOW for a few seconds then increase speed to HIGH and mix until
smooth.
4.
Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve immediately.
Veggie Omelet
2 Servings
INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs
1 cup spinach, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 green onion, sliced
Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
8 small grape tomatoes sliced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
METHOD
1.
Attach the Wire Whisk to the Twist & Mix and set in the Whisk Position.
2.
Place all ingredients, except the olive oil, into a large, narrow mixing bowl.
3.
Whisk on HIGH for 2 minutes or until well blended and foamy.
4.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and preheat broiler on low.
5.
Pour oil into the skillet then pour in the egg mixture; cook for 2 minutes
undisturbed.
6.
Place skillet under broiler and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until
browned, puffy and just set.
7.
Remove, garnish as desired and serve immediately.
