KGXD - 340 - 430 upright

KGXD is delivered in several parts: casing, plate 

elements 

(possibly several).

The assembly sequence described below must be adhered to.

Position the lower part of the casing at the place of installation.

If existing bolt to joining unit sections.

Completely remove the panels on the access side (including 

door and possible triangle plates).

Note the divisions of the panels and mark them if necessary In 

order to keep the same position when reinstalling. Pay attention 

to different panel widths.

Remove intermediate stop rails. Remove bolts of support only 

from intermediate stop rail.

Remove air flaps.

The casing is now freely accessible.

Insert bypass panel if not yet mounted (pay attention to the 

bypass side, opening of the upstands). As well for return air.

Insert the single plate elements into the casing towards the rear 

panel or bypass. Insert the elements close to each other. Apply

sealing bond to one side of each element. The upper profile 

with support may sag without the intermediate stop rail.

If this occurs the profile has to be held up for inserting the 

elements.
