Cooler interior iced over • Check: is the door always closed?
• Check: is the seal OK?
• Check: is cooling set too low?
The mains switch is not
lit up • Check: switch on the unit?
• Check: is the mains cable plugged in?
• Check: is the customer-fitted fuse faulty?
The cooler does not cool See the mains switch is not lit up.
• Check: did you wait the required cooling time?
• Check: is the door seal faulty?
• Check: has warm milk been poured in?
Empty message does
not appear • There is a layer of ice in the cooler on the rear cover

Defrosting the cooler
The cup rack does not
heat up See the mains switch is not lit up.
The cups are at
a different temperature • Because of type of construction used, the lowest
shelf is about 8 °K cooler.
• The various containers require different heating
times.
