FITTING
1. No bumper removal is required, remove all torx screws from underside of bumper and drop the spare wheel to allow
access to crash beam area.
If more space is needed the bumper can be removed. Take out the light clusters, gaining access from within the boot
space, remove the tricky M8 nut and unclip the electrical fittings.
Unscrew the torx screws from within the wheel arches then carefully unclip the bumper from the body and its reversing
sensors.
2. Unscrew the two M8 bolts from outermost side of the crash beam. Place the main crossbar over the holes and replace
bolts using supplied M8 bolts and washers, C.
3. Carefully scrape away and protruding mastic, re-protect any bare metal work. Place washers then sidearms B, over
welded bolts on the chassis loosely securing with fixings D.
4. Attach fixings E between sidearms and main crossbar, then making sure everything is aligned correctly torque up all
fixings.
5. Fix on neck and electrical plate option then replace bumper and all fixings.
