WIPLINE 13000 FLOATS

Page 25

4. On the other end, install the metering pin with Loctite onto the end-cap

and tighten to approx. 30 ft./lbs.

5. Install outer T-seal to end-cap with Vaseline. Also lube the inside of the outer cylinder where the end-cap seats

for ease of assembly.

NOTE: Use petroleum jelly (Vaseline) or equivalent as it dissolves in hydraulic fluid.

6. Install the end-cap bolts with gasket sealer on the threads for added security. Tighten to 25-30 in./lbs. making

sure not to over-tighten, damaging the T-seal. Set this part of the unit aside and move on to next steps.
