Instructions for programming cam channels using each of the program types shown on the 
Cam Channel Program Type Menu are provided in the following sections.

Making an ON/OFF Setting

The PROGRAM ON/OFF ANGLES item on the Cam Channel Program Type Menu enables 
you to program the crankshaft angles at which a selected cam channel turns on and off.  You 
can program up to four on/off sequences per stroke.  To make a single on/off setting for a 
selected cam channel, perform the following steps (to make multiple on/off settings, see 
Setting Multiple ON/OFF Cycles, page 5-40):

Select PROGRAM ON/OFF ANGLES on the Cam Channel Program Type Menu.  The 
Cam Channel On/Off Program screen, shown in Figure 5-46, displays.
