Assemble

WARNING

Injury Hazard: Put on gloves and eye protection when you use

cleaning agents. Cleaning agents can go through your skin and

into your body.

1) Clean the parts with kerosine or clean diesel oil.
2) Put the bush (94289B) in position, (see

).

3) Attach the tool (94289) and turn it counterclockwise to install the pilot valve (11).
4) Remove the bush(94289B).
5) Put the nut (8) on to the nozzle holder.
6) Put the special tool of the test bench on to the nut (8,

) .

7) Use the test bench to toque the nut (8) to 500 Nm.
8) Remove the sleeve (9), the nozzle tip (10) and the O

−

rings (4, 5, 6, 7).
