You can check com port number in ‘Device Manager’ and make sure the USB driver is successfully installed

(WSG-2000 device must connect with PC via USB cable).

Then you can define the com port for WSG-2000 (the following picture shows the COM4) as the communications interface.

Connect WSG-2000 to PC via USB cable. If you haven’t install USB Com

port driver before, please refer to the part of installing on USB Com Port
Driver.
