• Remove the locknut and washer off the handlebar
steering column.
• Keeping vehicle upright assemble handlebar by
placing it down into the large opening on front
of vehicle.

• Turning vehicle over, ensure steering column is
placed through the steering linkage.
• Place the lock nut (rounded side up) and washer
onto the end of the steering column. Tighten the
lock nut firmly with provided Lock Nut Wrench.
