Press the temperature SET button, the temperature display will 

start flashing. Use the Temp Up and Temp Down buttons to 
adjust the temperature

Press and Hold the LIGHT button for 3 seconds to toggle the 
display between Celsius and Fahrenheit 

Setting the Temperature Control 

NOTE: Temperature readout indicates set temperature while programming then 
reverts to the actual temperature.

Press the SET button, the temperature display will start flashing. 
 

2.

 

Set the desired temperature by pushing the Temp UP or DOWN button.

 

 

3.

 

 Temperatures increase or decrease 1°F with each push of the UP or 
DOWN button. 

NOTE: Temperatures may fluctuate depending on whether the interior light 
is ON or OFF and depending on the position of the bottles.

 

 
Replacing the Charcoal Filter  

Located on the back wall of your wine cellar, Turn 
counterclockwise to unlock, then remove. Replace with a 
new filter, turn clockwise to lock in place. Reorder part #:
