Microcontroller

Two types of 32-bit microcontrollers share the responsibilities on the CMD
controller.

The STR710FZ2T6 microcontroller is deployed here as a central control unit. It
has the following properties:

  ARM7TDMI 32-bit RISC CPU
  256 Kbytes Flash program memory with 10 000 write cycles
  16 Kbytes Flash data memory with 100 000 write cycles
  64 Kbytes RAM
  3.3 V voltage supply
  Several serial communication interfaces, i.a. CAN and USB.

The STR730FZ2T6 microcontroller is a slave CPU for all time-critical tasks. It
has the following properties:

  ARM7TDMI 32-bit RISC CPU
  256 Kbytes Flash program memory with 10 000 write cycles
  16 Kbytes RAM
  5 V voltage supply
  Several serial communication interfaces, i.a. CAN.
