SMART Monitoring 

This field informs about the enabling of the S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting  
Technology) system which utilizes internal hard disk drive monitoring technology. This field is read 
only.

This field displays the amount of extended memory detected by the system during bootup. You do not 
need to make changes to this field. This is a display only field.

be wise to select the [Yes] option once. This allows the BIOS to reconfigure available hardware re-
sources.  

Speaker Volume [High] 

This field is for the volume control of the installed speaker. Configuration options [High] [Middle] [Low].

For UNIX, Novell Netware, or other operating systems you have to select [Other].
