This field informs about the enabling of the S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting
Technology) system which utilizes internal hard disk drive monitoring technology. This field is read
only.

be wise to select the [Yes] option once. This allows the BIOS to reconfigure available hardware re-
sources.

This field is for the volume control of the installed speaker. Configuration options [High] [Middle] [Low].

For UNIX, Novell Netware, or other operating systems you have to select [Other].
