The Alarm menu contains settings for the DVR's alarm functions. The menu has three tabs: Detect,

Net Alarm, and Local Alarm.

Note: D6104FV/D6108DV (4-channel and 8-channel DVRs) have no LOCAL ALARM Function

so this tab is not functional.
