To minimise the risk of injury we urge that our clients
take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instruc-
tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Keep these operation instructions safe.
Maintenance and control
•
Before any work (repairs or maintenance) on the machine itself, always pull the mains plug. The
brushes should be checked periodically and worn-out brushes must be replaced in time. After
replacing, inspect whether the new brushes can move freely in the brush holder. Keep running
the engine for at least 15
min to match contact of the brushes and the commutator.
•
Always keep the ventilation slot clear from dirt. Also clean off the accumulated dust and oil dirt
periodically.
•
During normal operation, the power supply should be cut off at once if anything happens so that
the tool can be checked and repaired.
•
Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened. Should any
of the screws be loosen, tighten them immediately. Failure to do so could result in personal
injury.
•
Do not expose the tool to rain or water. Do not use power tools in damp or wet locations. Always
keep the work area well lit. Do not use power tools where there is a risk to cause fire or explo-
sion.
