The User Interface

Touch screen is the primary method for operating Baiardo

®

Hard keys are a secondary system for operating Baiardo

®

and perform

all the same operations as the touch screen. Keys are labeled and
correspond to the specifi c icons on the screen.

COMMON TOUCH SCREEN PROCESSES

When changing a number, such as tension, touch the top half of the
number to increase the number. Touch the bottom half of the number to
reduce the number. Leave fi nger in contact with the screen to scroll up
or down rapidly.

Touch the check mark to confi rm a selection

Touch the X to cancel an action

Touch the arrow to return to previous screen

Start Up

The red Power switch is located on the right underside of the machine.
DO NOT lean on machine during start up and diagnostics.

CHANGING LANGUAGES

The machine can run in several different languages and
can only be changed during start-up.

Touch bottom half of screen to change language.
(in fi rst 3 seconds of start up)

Touch the shaded area

Touch the desired language.
