Please
read
instructions
carefully
before
starting
assembly.
Check

Step
1.
Cut
out
main
body
and
form
as
shown
below.
Form
up
sides
first,
check
for
squareness,
then
form
up
front.
Step
2.
Slide
bottom
over
tabs.
Push
bottom
in
place
tightly,
then
fold
tabs
over
and
glue
in
place.
Step
3.
Cut
supplied
door
pin
down
to
approx.
3/16”
long,
then
insert
into
roof
as
shown
and
glue
in
place.
Step
4.
Test
fit
roof
casting.
Mark
length,
and
trim
off
end.
Sand
smooth,
and
verify
roof
panel
is
flush.
Paint
the
roof
panel
silver.
We
recommend
Ace
Hardware
Premium
Silver
spray
paint,
as
the
can
is
equipped
with
a
very
nice
nozzle.
Spray
the
rims
too,
prior
to
removing
from
the
roof
remnant.
When
the
paint
is
dry,
glue
the
roof
in
place,
being
careful
to
toe
in
the
front
bulkhead
panels
over
the
gooseneck
hitch
portion
of
the
roof
piece.
Step
5.
Separate
the
floor,
goose
neck
bottom
sheet,
and
door
frame
as
shown
below
at
the
red
dots.
File
the
rough
edges
as
needed.
Step
5.
Install
front
Head
Sheet,
and
goose
neck
bottom
plate.
Step
6.
Test
fit
rear
door
frame.
Small
tabs
fit
into
notches
in
floor.
Glue
in
place.
