If your HomePlug

®

/USB Bridge is unable to connect to a Luk Camera, or if camera performance is 

unsatisfactory, try moving the camera

’

s power supply module to a different electrical outlet. 

If you suspect non-LukWerks equipment may be interfering with the operation of the LukWerks system (i.e. the 

LukWerks system only operates when the other equipment is turned off) placing a low-pass power line filter 

between the AC line and the non-LukWerks equipment may resolve the problem. 
To protect your privacy, be sure to set a unique password via the LukWerks software. Doing this encrypts your 

camera data and makes the output unreadable by neighboring HomePlug

®

 systems which may be able to 

detect your signals.
