Connecting front frame and rear frame (Figure 1 & 2)
1.
Pack grease into both bearings (grease not included)
2.
After greasing bearings place them on either side of front frame
main pivot. Then insert pivot pin through bearing and front
frame.
3.
Secure with washer and M18 cap nut
4.
Align the two damper rods on each side of pivot and assembly.
Using washers, nuts and bolts provided (ADD loctite to bolts)
NOTE: Do NOT over tighten damper rods.
