6.0. Before Initial Operation
6.3. Setting the strain relief kit
The strain relief kit reduces the
tine penetration depth in
synthetic turf (mandatory) or
sensitive lawns (option).
Setting for synthetic turf
The strain relief kit must be
mounted (i.e. mandatory) before
the machine is used on synthetic
turf.
All tension springs are fitted at
position 1 or 2.
Setting for lawns
All tension springs are fitted at
positions 3 to 7 in the case of
mounted strain relief kit.
Fit tension springs (F) at the
desired position on the spring
holders.
