OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Before using the tool, read the instruction manual carefully.
1. Intended use
The machine is intended for drilling in wood, metal and plastic. Machines with electronic control and
right/left rotation are also suitable for screwdriving and thread-cutting.
2. Before using your power tool
1) Be careful of hidden electrical lines or gas and water pipes. Check the working area, e.g., with a
metal detector.
2) Ensure that the power switch is in the off position. If the plug is connected to a power receptacle
while the power switch is in the on position, this power tool will start operating immediately, inviting
serious accident.
3. Inserting the tool into chuck
To insert the tool into chuck, rotate the front section of the chuck anticlockwise viewing from chuck end
while holding the rear section of the chuck, and open chuck jaws to approximate driver bit or drill bit
diameter. Insert a clean bit in to the chuck. Finally, close the chuck by rotating the two sections of the
chuck and securely tighten by hand (See Fig 1).
Warning: Before installing tool, remove mains plug from mains supply.
