Risks

There are no known risks or side effects associated with
the use of the Zen program. However, consistent with
our recommendations on the use of conventional hear-
ing aids, stop using the hearing aids (and the Zen pro-
gram) and seek attention from your hearing care pro-
fessional if any of the following symptoms are noted:

• Skin irritation
• Perceived decrease in loudness, tolerance of sounds,

speech not as clear, or worsening tinnitus
