Positioning the hearing aid

Close the battery drawer completely.

Hold your hearing aid by the extrac-

tion cord with your thumb and fore-

finger. Slowly guide the hearing aid

into your ear canal until you feel

resistance.

Let go of the extraction cord and

use the tip of your forefinger to gen-

tly push the hearing aid into your

ear until it rests comfortably in your

canal.

To help position the hearing aid prop-

erly you could pull the outer ear back-

wards and upwards with the opposite

hand.
