Possible settings when turning

on your hearing aid

Your hearing aid can be set to start up in two dif-
ferent ways. In the standard start-up setting your
hearing aid may whistle slightly while you insert it
in the ear. An alternative is a setting where the
hearing aid actively suppresses whistling while it
is being inserted in the ear. Together with your
hearing care professional you can choose the start-
up setting that suits your needs best.
