Put the frame (with the end frame channels attached) to one side and drill the marked
locations, using a 6mm masonry drill bit for a 40mm wall plug

Insert the wall plugs into the drilled hole using the rubber mallet to ensure flush fitting with
the wall surface

Position the frame and end frame channels, back onto the shower tray (as point 4) so the
screw holes locate with the inserted wall plugs.

Loosely fix the end frame channels to the corresponding wall, using 8 x 40mm (4 each
side) screws and caps

With your assistant firmly holding the frame assembly, re-check the vertical alignment
with the spirit level. Minor adjustment can be made using the end frame channel slots, to
ensure alignment. When correct, tighten.
11.
Having checked that the door opens and closes smoothly and with all levels correct, mark
and drill fixing holes through the end channels into the frame, (3 per side)

Secure the end channels into the frame using 6 x 10mm screws and screw cap washers

Tip:
if the door does not close correctly then the frame is out of true and should be
realigned
