the voltage is normal



Water shortage indicator light
is on



There is not enough water in
the reservoir



Press the ON/OFF button, fill with water,
wait 3 minutes and press the power button
again to restart



Indicator lights are off



Blown fuse/ no power/blown
breaker



Replace fuse / turn power on



The ice made is too large
and with pieces sticking to-
gether



The water temperature in the



Stop the machine and reset the ice
making cycle



Restart the machine after
turning it off



Ice appears cloudy



Due to fast freezing, ice cubes
may appear "cloudy", this is
trapped air in the water and
does not affect the taste or
quality of the ice.



This is normal



Not all freezing bars makes
ice



Amount of water in the reser-
voir is insufficient



No water in the reservoir



When the unit is first started,
refrigerant may not be flowing
to all freezing bars



Make sure that water is at MAX level be-
fore using the portable ice maker



Run the unit for a couple more cycles and
all bars should be frozen



Ice full indicator is on but ice
is not full



Ice Full sensor is obstructed



Build up form on the sensor



Make sure that there are no obstruction or
objects aligned with the ice full sensor



Remove the ice cubes from the ice basket
and close the ice maker cover



Use a mild vinegar solution to clean the
sensor



Conditions for ice making
cycle are right but no ice is
made



Refrigerant leaks/ sealed  sys-
tem is blocked
