Solution
Unit does not start
There is a power supply failure
The front cover is installed
properly
Ensure that the air purifier is plugged
in and the power outlet has power
Install the front cover properly
Remote control does not
work
The Child lock may be on
The remote control has no
power
The remote control signal is
obstructed
Turn off the Child lock
Replace battery in the remote
control
Point the remote control directly
towards the front of the air purifier
The air purifier is noisy and
vibrates
The unit is not level
Ensure the unit sits on a hard and
level surface. Do not place the unit
on carpet.
Odor and smoke are not
removed
Filters are dirty
The unit is unable to circulate air
Clean or replace filters
Install unit in a place where air is
able to circulate
Air does not flow from the
unit
Air inlets maybe obstructed
Ensure the air inlets are not
obstructed
The filter replacement
indicator remains on after the
filter is replaced
Unit is not reset
Unit needs to be restarted
Press the reset button on the remote
control
Restart the unit by unplugging it
