Place both Pedestals (E) approximately 63" apart for #1253 Queen Bed, or 79" apart for #1258
King Bed as shown in Figures 2 and 2a.

To attach the Footboard (B) to the Pedestal (E), align the Brackets and slide the Pedestal down
on to the Footboard (B). See Figures 3 and 3a.
