- Remove transparent lid by turning counter-clockwise to unlock position. Ensure the
grinder is clean and empty.
- Twist the removable bowl clockwise into the locked position.
- Pour whole coffee beans into the bowl and fill to desired level as indicated inside the
bowl (Min 2 cups – Max 12 cups).
- Return the lid to locked position. Make sure the 2 arrows are aligned .
- Rotate grind selector control (from left to right: coarse to finer).
- Position the cup slider control to the total number of cups to be ground.
- Press On/off button and release once grinding has begun. The coffee and spice grinder
will stop automatically when grinding is complete. To stop grinding cycle at any time,
push On/off button. If On/off button is pressed again, grinder will start from beginning of
timed cycle.
- After grinding is complete, remove the transparent lid by turning counter-clockwise to
unlock position, twist the removable bowl anti-clockwise to unlock position and empty
ground coffee into a container for use and storage.
- Clean the coffee grinder. To rewind cord, turn base manually.

THE COFFEE AND SPICE GRINDER WILL ONLY OPERATE WITH THE TRANSPARENT LID IN
LOCKED POSITION (THE 2 ARROWS HAVE TO BE ALIGNED
)

- Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
- The outside of the appliance may be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
- Do not use abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the surfaces of the
appliance.
- Wash the lid and the bowl with soapy water.
