TO FILTER OIL/FAT:
• Pour the oil/fat carefully into a container. Dry the deep-frying pan internally with absorbing
paper (kitchen roll).
• Place a paper filter (for example a coffee filter) in the tank and pour the collected oil/fat
carefully through the filter into the tank.
CHANGING OIL/FAT
• Change the oil or fat regularly after 10-12 times. It will improve the taste of the food. Before
taking away the oil, let it cool down.
• Never pour it into the sink.
DEEP-FROZEN FOOD:
• All the frozen food is not ready to be used: non breaded fish filets, whole fishes,…have to be
defrosted and then cooked like fresh food.
• It is no necessary to defrost pre-fried chips, fish nuggets, breaded fish filets.
• Fry smaller quantities than for fresh food (no more than the ¾ of capacity)
• Place the filter basket with deep-frozen products slowly and carefully in the deep fat fryer to
avoid any risk of burning or splashing.

• The timer and turn the thermostat to 0 position.
• Unplug the appliance.
• Let the appliance to cool down before moving or removing oil/fat from tank (caution: solid fat
should not be allowed to solidify completely).
• Pour oil/fat into a container.
• Add water into the tank and wash the unit. Never immerse the unit into water or clean under
running water.
• Clean the lid, the basket with soap liquid hot water. Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the housing.
• Oil tank is dish washer-safe.
