Aperte parafuso de ajuste a 5Nm / 3.7 ft lb.

Retire a peça central segurando o pé da
barra com os dedos e empurrando
firmemente com os polegares a peça central
até esta sair pelo interior do pé da barra.

Identifique a peça central de plástico (no Kit
de Fixação) e introduza no interior do pé da
barra.
Repita operação para todos os pés das
barras.
