the spin motor is too short.

Noise occurs during
spinning
1 Lube on the spin tub bearing is not
enough.
2 Any exterior material is between
spin tub and wash tub.
3 Brake wire is too close to the
couple. Some parts crashed and
make noise when running.
4 The base of spring fell off.
5 Noise from spin motor.
1 Spread some lube on the spin tub bearing.
2 Remove the spin tub and take out the
exterior material.
3 Adjust the position of brake wire and the
hole of hanging steel wire rope until the
distance is suitable.
4 Reinstall the base of spring. Replace the
spring sleeve if it is damaged.
5 Replace the spin motor.
Spin tub does not
stop in the set time 1. The hook of spin wire and steel wire
rope is loose. Or the steel wire rope
broke away from the T-shape slot of
brake wheel.
2. The brake wire is too tight.
3. The brake wheel wear and tear
badly.
4. The flexibility of spring is degraded.
5. The touching point of safety switch
is still connected when opening the
lid of spin tub.
1. Rehang the brake wire or the steel wire
rope to the T-shape slot of brake wheel.
2. Adjust the position of the brake wire and
the hanging hole of the steel wire rope
until the distance is suitable.
3. Replace the brake wheel assembly.
4. Replace the spring.
5. Adjust the touching point of safety switch.
Water leaks from
sides when
spinning
1. The spin seal did not fixed well.
2. The spin seal is broken.
3. There is breach on the spin seal.
4. The bearing of spin motor is rusty.
5. The side of wash tub is broken.
1. Adjust the position of spin seal.
2. Replace the spin seal.
3. Replace the spin seal.
4. Replace the spin tub.
5. Replace the wash tub.
No draining or
draining is jammed.
1. The drain hose was not laid
down when draining.
2.
The drain hole of wash tub is
jammed.
3. The drain hose is hung too
high.
1. Lay down the drain hose on the ground.
2. Remove the fixed cover and take out some
clothes or exterior material.
3. Place the drain hose no higher than 20cm
above floor level.
