Common problem and how to solve
How to disassemble the unit:

Removing the back plate: remove the three tapping screw assembly at the underside of
back plate with cross-sharp screwdriver.

Removing the top cover: remove the fixed cover from the top cover, then remove the
screws fixing fixed cover and wash tub,(note: to disassemble models without fixed cover,
take out the rubber plug in front of the top cover, then remove the screw inside it).
Secondly, remove all the screws around the top cover and take out and separate the brake
clip through back of the washing machine.

Removing the spin tub: remove the fasten screw on the coupler through backside then the
spin tub can be pulled out.

Removing the wash tub: after removing the top cover, remove the screws fixing the
cabinet and wash tub. Then take out the V-belt and wash tub.

Removing the control panel: brake down the wire bundle in the unit, then remove all the
screws in the terminal box and release all the protective sleeve on the lead wires
terminals. Secondly remove the hook of pull belt for drain from the hole of pull-rod of
drain valve. Finally, remove the screws fixing control panel and top cover then remove
the control panel.

Fail to wash and the
wash motor is not
working
1. The power plug is not
connected.
2. The fuse is blown.
3. The connection of the power
trans harness is not ok.
4. Wash timer is broken.
5. Switch selector is broken.
6. Capacitor is broken.
7. Wash motor is broken.
1. Clean the power plug then connect it again
securely.
2. Replace the fuse. Check the connection to ensure
in safety condition.
3. Check the harness.
4. Replace the wash timer.
5. Replace the switch selector.
6. Replace the capacitor.
7. Repair or replace the wash motor.
No washing, but the
wash motor is
working.
1. The impeller is wrapped by
the clothes or is locked by
some exterior materials, e.g.
buttons, coins.
2. V-belt is broken or fell down
from the wheel.
3. The voltage is too low.
4. The fasten screws fixing
bearing of wash motor and
wheel of motor fan is loose.
5. The fasten screw fixing
1. Pull out the power supply cord. Disassemble the
impeller and remove the clothes or exterior
materials.
2. Replace the V-belt or reinstall it.
3. Stop working until the voltage is up to 187V.
4. Tighten the nuts.
5. Tighten the fasten screw and lock screw.
6. Take out some clothes till it’s suitable.
7. Replace the wash motor or capacitor.
