TROUBLESHOOTING
Before making a service call, try the following suggested solutions.

Nothing works
- If the contact has been
properly wired and polarized
to the power supply.

Replace the fuse or
reconnect the circuit

work.
Call your gas supplier.

Top burners do not work
-If there is gas in your home,
check if other appliances that
use gas work
Call your gas supplier.
-If the burner holes are
blocked
Remove the burners and see
the burner operating
instructions.
The external burner makes
pop like sounds
- The burner is not wet, nor
its lid.
The spark plug does not
actuate
- That the stove is connected
to the electric current.
Connect to the electrical
power duly grounded.
-It is sparkling and does not
turn on
Call an authorized service
technician
Excessive heat around
the cooking utensil on the
cooktop surface
-Cooking hours and selected
temperature.
Consult the recipe book and
use the Preheat function.
-Type of gas is used in your
home (LP Gas).
If you do not use LP gas, you
