Quick Start 

This feature allows you to start the oven quickly.   

Place  food  into  oven

and  close  it.Press  START/EXPRESS  a  number  of  times  to  set  the  cooking 

time,the  longest  time  you  can  set  is  10  minutes,  the  oven  starts  work  at  full  power  level 
immediately.You  can  add  more  cooking  time  by  pressing  START/EXPRESS  button  even  when  it 
running already.

Auto Cook   

For food or the following cooking mode, it is not necessary to program the duration and the cooking 
power.  It  is  sufficient  to  indicate  the  type  of food  that  you  wish  to  cook  as  well  as  the  weight  of  this 
food.   

FOR EXAMPLE:To cook 200g of rice. 

1. 

Place food into oven

and close it. 

2. 

Press MENU button several times to select you desired food in menu. 

3. 

Turn TIME/WEIGHTdial to input weight(or serving). 

4. 

Press START/EXPRESS to cofirm.

The result of auto cooking depends on factors such as the 
shape and size of food, your personal preference as to the 
doneness  of  certain  foods  and  even  how  well  you  happen 
to  place food  in  the  oven.  If  you  find  the  result  at  any  rate 
not quite satisfactory, please adjust the cooking time a little 
bit accordingly.
