Removing the Basket

Using a Spanner Wrench and hammer, tap wrench with

hammer until nut becomes loose (see Figure 8). Remove

Spanner Nut.

Lift the basket out of the washer.

REASSEMBLY NOTE: When re-installing the basket, screw on

spanner nut until it is finger tight. Then, using a mallet or

hammer, tighten an additional ¾ turn (see Figure 10). Do

NOT apply Loctite® to spanner nut. Applying Loctite® to the

spanner nut will make it virtually impossible to remove again.

Tighten spanner nut 3/4 turn or more
