Troubleshooting Guide

There is no sound

There is no sound during the first

few seconds after the amplifier

has been switched on

The remote control does not work.

Check the hi-fi components you wish to use are connected properly. 

Check that you have selected the correct hi-fi component.

Check the amplifier has not been switched to stand by with the remote

control. 

Check the volume control has not been set to minimum.

This is normal. Your amplifier has a special circuit which mutes the sound

during the on/off operation

Check there is no obstruction between the remote control and the IR SENSOR

on the amplifier. The remote control must be pointed directly at the sensor for

correct operation.

Check the batteries - they may be exhausted. Replace them with new

batteries. Never mix old batteries with new ones or different types of battery.
