Plug the Spine End Cap (13) all the way into the top of the Lower Spine (D).

Secure  the  Top  Shelf  Frame  (A)  to  the  Lower  Spine  (D)  by  inserting  one  3-1/8”  Bolt  (7)  with  the 
Washers (5 and 6) through the bracket hole and securely screw into the Flange Nut (8).
