Using
Mounting
1. Press the switch which is on the backside of the lamp head in
direction AUTO . Switch on the solar twinkle light chain by
pressing the ON/OFF switch in direction ON .
The solar twinkle light chain has eight different light functions.
When the desired light functions lights up, select the desired light
function and press the switch in direction
MODE . The light chain
will light in the selected light mode.
In the position
AUTO all provided light modes will operate in
cycle way.
2. Stick the stake into the ground. Place the lamp head on the
stake. If you intend to mount the lamp head on the wall, use the
included wall mounting attachment or other suitable dowels and
screws for the ground.
3. Find a suitable location with direct sunlight. Position the solar
module in a southward direction. Make sure that direct sunlight
shines on the solar module for at least 8 hour a day in order to
fully charge the batteries.
Charging the Batteries
For charging the batteries make sure that the ON/OFF switch at the
backside of the lamp is in the position
ON .
Disposing off the Batteries
If you at some point intend to dispose of this article, then please
take out the batteries first and dispose off properly.
1. Loosen all four screws at the backside of the solar module with a
suitable cross slot screwdriver and remove the bottom part.
2. Dispose off the batteries. Discharge it in the garbage bin, or, as
many of its components consist of valuable materials, check with
your local council for recycling facilities in your area.
