Operation
Assembling
1. Take the unit out of the package and dispose of the packaging material
(e. g. plastic bags) or store it out of the reach of children. There is a danger
of suffocation!
2. Install the back part of the grid (6) on the motor unit (7) as pictured on page
III. Use the grid fastener (5) to fix it.
3. Put the fan blade (4) on the drive shaft and fix it with the fan fastener (3).
4. Install the front part of the grid (2) and fix it using the grid clamping ring (1).
5. Assemble the two parts of the base stand (15).
Mount them with screws to the bottom of the
stand (13) and put the cover (14) on top of it.
Then put the assembled fan unit on the stand.
6. Pull the height adjusting part (11) to the desired
height and use the locking screw (12) to lock it
in this position.
Using
1. Plug the power plug into an earthed mains socket.
2. Switch on the stand fan using one of the 3 push
buttons “ 1 ”, “ 2 ” or “ 3 ” located on the control panel
(8). Press button “ 1 ” for the slowest stage and
press button “ 3 ” to operate the fan with the highest
revolution speed.
3. Push down the oscillation regulator (9). For a
better distribution of the air, a mechanism pans the
fan now in an oscillating movement to the right and
left in an angle of 75°.
4. The motor unit (7) can be moved vertically up and
down in order to direct the airflow of the fan up or
down. Unlock the screw below the motor unit (7) to
adjust the vertical position and move it to the
desired angle. Then tighten the screw again hand
tight.
5. Press the button “ 0 ” to switch off the fan.
