Assembly
NOTE: Finger tighten all bolts until the cart is completely assembled, then wrench tighten.
1. Assemble E and H using B(16), C(16), D(16)
2. Assemble I and H using B(16), D(16)
3. Assemble I and G using B(14), D(14)
4. Assemble J to G using A(2), D(2)
