4.2. LOAD CONFIGURATION
4.2.2 Loading Secondary A2W Files
When to use Secondary A2W files:
•
Open/view parameters only available from the secondary file.
•
View fault codes from both controllers during one session.
•
Useful in Real-time Data and Real-time Graph.
To load a secondary A2W file, take the following steps:
a. Ensure Built-In Configuration is unchecked .
b. Check Connect to both EFS & HPGS (Fig. 4.7).

c. Select the Browse (Fig. 4.7) button to select the secondary A2W file
from your local hard drive.
d. Select the correct A2W file and click the Open button (Fig. 4.6).
TIP: To select the correct A2W file, first click on Check Communication .
When WEST has finished loading, the software version may be
found in the
Calibration menu, see Fig. see Section 7 - Calibration
Menu for details.
NOTE: The ECU ID setting under the communication tab is ignored
by WEST if an A2W file is used.
