4.2. LOAD CONFIGURATION
4.2.1 Loading A2W Files
A2W files are required only for custom configurations.
a. When Load Configuration is selected, the Configuration and Communication
SetUp window will appear (Fig. 4.4).

b. Ensure the Built-In Configuration check-box is unchecked (Fig. 4.5).
c. Select the Browse button (Fig. 4.5) to select the correct A2W file from
your local hard drive or network (See note).
d. Select the correct A2W file and click the Open button (Fig. 4.6).
TIP: To select the correct A2W file, first click on Check Communication .
When WEST has finished loading, the software version may be
found in the
Calibration menu, see Section 7 - Calibration Menu
for details.
NOTE: The ECU ID setting under the communication tab is ignored
by WEST if an A2W file is used.
