SAFETY INFORMATION

12.  Before first use, make sure the power voltage matches the

information on the rating label of appliance.

13.  If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, an authorized service agent or a similarly
qualified person.

14.  Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of table counters

or allow it to touch hot surfaces.

15.  The power plug is used as the disconnect device. Please be

sure that the power plug is in operable condition.

16.  Removing the power plug is the only way to separate the

appliance completely from power supply.

17.  Disconnect from power supply by pulling the power plug

instead of the power cord.

18.  Always attach the power cord to the appliance first, then plug

the power cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, power off
your appliance first then remove the power cord from the wall
outlet.

19.  Disconnect the power plug before moving it from one location

to another, or when the appliance is not in use, in case of
malfunctions and prior to each cleaning.

20. Place the appliance on a flat, dry and stable surface.
21.  Always make sure the plug is inserted into the wall outlet

properly.

22. Make sure you use the appliance when it stands vertically from

its base.

23. Do not operate this appliance near flammable materials (e.g.

curtains, textiles, walls) and never cover it. Ensure that there is
always a sufficient safe distance from flammable materials.

24.

Warning:

Do not use this appliance near water or heavy

moisture; e.g. in a damp basement or beside a swimming pool
or bathtub.

25. In order to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, do not

expose the appliance to fire (fireplace, grill, candles, cigarettes
and so on) or water (water drops, water splashes, vases, tubs,
ponds and so on).

26. Clean the appliance on a regular basis to maintain it in a good

condition.

27. No liability shall be incurred by non-compliance with these

instructions or any other improper use or mishandling.
