3.
The
benefit
of
this
Warr
anty
ex
t
ends
only
t
o
the
owner of
the
pr
operty
in
which
the
Pr
oducts
manuf
actu
red or
supplied
b
y
the
Seller are
in
s
talled
and used b
y
the
owner f
or the du
ra
tion of the
Warr
anty
P
eriod.
4.
The Warr
anty
commences on
the
da
t
e of
the
purchase of
the
pr
oduct
and
c
ontinues
for
the
benefit
of
the
Owner for
the
Warr
anty
P
eriod.
If
within
the
Warr
anty
P
eriod
a manuf
acturing
def
ect
is
dis
covered
in
the
Pr
oduct,
or
the
Pr
oduct
f
ails
t
o perform
t
o
the
Seller’s
specific
a
tions
as a r
esult
of some def
ect
in
material or workmanship in the Product, then the Seller will at its own discretion:

the
cos
t
of
the
Seller,
including
but
not
limit
ed

o labour and

ravel cos
ts.

Proof of purchase mus

be supplied in all cases.
